Ozerlyn Games ("we") respects your privacy when you use the Word Duel application ("App"). This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
1Data We Collect
Account & Game Data
The App does not require email or password registration; it uses anonymous authentication (Firebase Authentication). We store:
- The anonymous user ID assigned to you
- Your chosen display name and avatar
- Your game statistics, coin balance, level, league status, and game progress
Multiplayer Data
During matchmaking and matches, game state and quick-chat messages are shared with your opponent. Chat consists of pre-defined messages only — no free-text input.
Technical Data
Device type, operating system, app version, and approximate usage information.
Ad Data
To serve ads, Google AdMob may process information such as your advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS).
Purchase Data
In-app purchases are processed by Apple App Store / Google Play. We do not access your card or payment details; we only receive confirmation that a purchase was completed.
2How We Use Data
- To provide the game and save your progress
- To run multiplayer matchmaking, leagues, and leaderboards
- To serve ads and process in-app purchases
- For debugging, security, and app improvement
3Ads & Tracking Consent (iOS — ATT)
On iOS we request an App Tracking Transparency permission. If you grant it, personalised ads (IDFA) may be shown; if you decline, the app continues to work fully with non-personalised ads. To remove ads entirely, you can purchase "Remove Ads" from the store.
4Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Google Firebase (authentication, database, server functions): Firebase Privacy
- Google AdMob (advertising): Google Ad Policies
- Apple App Store / Google Play (purchases)
- (iOS) Game Center — optional, if used
These providers are subject to their own privacy policies.
5Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the service providers listed above, to the extent necessary to operate the app.
6Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active and as required by our legal obligations. Upon a deletion request, we delete the relevant data within a reasonable time.
7Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
8Your Rights (GDPR & KVKK)
You have the right to access, correct, delete, and object to the processing of your data. For requests, please write to:

We take reasonable measures to protect your data. Our servers (Firebase/Google) may be located in various countries; your data may be transferred to those countries.
